Joiner / Cabinetmaker
Tallinn · full-time, on site · gross salary from €2,000 (depending on experience)
Do you know the smell of freshly cut solid timber? Have you built kitchens, wardrobes or cabinets from drawings, and do you enjoy it when every detail fits perfectly? Then read on.
Your work includes
- Making and assembling bespoke furniture from drawings
- Measuring and preparing parts for finishing (priming, painting, lacquering, oiling)
- Working and finishing MDF, laminate, veneer, solid wood and composite materials
We expect
- At least 2 years of furniture-making experience and the ability to read drawings independently
- Technical aptitude and spatial thinking
- Good knowledge of materials, machines and techniques, incl. panel saw, edge bander (ABS, veneer, tape) and laminating press
- Confidence with hand tools (routers, drills, orbital sanders, angle grinders etc.)
- Good communication and teamwork
- Very good Estonian (English is a plus)
A bonus if you have
- A driving licence
- Knowledge of CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp)
- Experience with composite materials (e.g. Corian, Staron, Hanex)
- Finishing experience

Installation Manager
Estonia (sites across Estonia, occasionally abroad) · full-time · gross salary from €2,000 (depending on experience)
If you are determined, solution-oriented and friendly, can assess yourself and others fairly, and enjoy working in a small team, this could be your opportunity.
Your responsibilities
- Installing a range of materials (metal, glass, wood, stone, composites, upholstery)
- Hands-on installation on smaller sites; on larger sites you focus on organisation
- Planning, leading and coordinating furniture installation on site
- Daily communication with clients, project managers and the team
- Organising equipment and parts, and owning the installation process
- A vehicle is provided when needed
We expect
- At least 2 years of furniture installation experience
- Experience leading a small team
- Good spatial awareness and the ability to read technical drawings
- Very good Estonian; Russian and English are a plus
- Resilience, technical aptitude and systematic thinking
- Conscientiousness, precision and reliability
- Willingness to work in Estonia and abroad when needed
- Category B driving licence (experience with light trailers is a plus)
A bonus if you have
- Basic plumbing and electrical skills
- Experience installing stone surfaces
